Appointments at the Italian Consulate in Perth
Most in-person consular services at the Perth Consulate are provided by appointment only.
Appointments for services including passports, visas, electronic identity cards, citizenship and certain marriage and document procedures are booked through the Italian Government’s Prenot@Mi system.
The Consulate’s current public schedule, effective from 20 April 2026, provides appointment sessions on Monday to Friday. Monday and Wednesday also include afternoon appointment sessions.
A limited walk-in period is available on Thursday from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. This is not a general walk-in service: the Consulate currently restricts it to applications for reacquisition of Italian citizenship and passports for applicants aged over 65.
AIRE registration and changes of address in Western Australia are handled through the official Fast IT portal and do not require an appointment at the Consulate.
