Notarial services are available by appointment. Before attending, confirm exactly which notarial act is required by the organisation receiving your documents and prepare the originals and any required copies.
Mail-in passport renewals: eligible adult renewal applications and eligible child renewal applications can be submitted by mail to the Consulate-General. Check the current eligibility and document requirements before posting an application.
Processing time: current guidance advises allowing a minimum of six weeks to receive a new Australian passport once payment has been taken. Incomplete applications may take longer.
